What is your refund or money-back guarantee policy?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee, depending on your pricing plan:
Annual subscriptions: Full refund for the most recent annual payment within 90 days of billing date.
Monthly subscriptions: Full refund for the most recent monthly payment within 30 days of billing date. Earlier months aren't refundable.
Perpetual licenses: Refund within 90 days of purchase (for new licenses only, renewals are not eligible).
If the above conditions are met, the refund is processed with no questions asked.
Refunds result either in subscription cancellation or, in the case of perpetual licenses, loss of the right to use the license.
Purchases from third-party resellers are covered too, but should be requested from the reseller — their policy may also apply.
Transaction and other processing fees are not refundable.
