Start or stop a container

Sometimes you may need to control the state of a container by manually starting or stopping it. For example, you might want to temporarily stop an application that is not being actively used.

How to start or stop a container​

Follow these steps to start or stop a container using VisualDock Server Manager:

  1. Open VisualDock Server Manager.

  2. Click the Containers node in the left-hand pane.

  3. Select one or more containers from the list.

  4. In the Actions pane on the right, click Start or Stop.
